Information we request
Our application asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, postal address (street, city, state and ZIP code), optional referral name and preferred work schedule. It asks whether you are at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. A hidden field asks for your company website only as an anti-spam check — please leave it blank. Each submission also carries a random submission reference.
A Cloudflare Turnstile challenge protects the form against automated abuse; it is verified when you submit and its token is not stored with your application.
Repeated attempts from the same connection are limited using a pseudonymous one-way hash of the connection's IP address — the raw IP is not stored with your application.
We do not request and the website does not collect: government identification photographs, driver's license photos, Social Security numbers, criminal-history information or biometric data. Massachusetts also limits criminal-history questions on initial employment applications, so any background-screening questions we may ever use are handled separately and only after the steps below.
Why we collect it
Bima Logistics LLC uses this information only to evaluate your application for delivery driver roles, to contact you about hiring, and to keep the application process secure.
How your application is processed
Your submission is validated by Cloudflare Pages Functions on this website. If it is complete, your contact details are sent by email to Hiring@bimalogisticsco.com, with your own email address on the message so we can reply directly to you. The submission email is stored in encrypted form (AES-256-GCM) in a Cloudflare D1 database so the notification can be recovered if sending fails.
Cloudflare (Pages, D1 and Turnstile) and Resend (notification email) process information on our behalf as service providers. An email service accepting a submission does not guarantee delivery to the hiring inbox.
Who can see it
Access to submitted applications is limited to Bima Logistics hiring personnel who need it to evaluate applications, and to the providers above as necessary to run their services. Applicant details are never used for advertising or unrelated purposes.
How long we keep it
Encrypted application records are scheduled to be removed from the website's database after 365 days, with prompt removal on request when required by law or for shorter periods. This retention period is provisional and still awaiting the employer's confirmation; any legal-hold requirement may keep specific records longer. Separately, the hiring mailbox and its provider's own retention, including backups, are managed by Bima according to internal schedules — deleting a record on this website does not by itself erase the related email from the mailbox or its backups.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete your application, withdraw consent, or ask any question about this notice: contact Hiring@bimalogisticsco.com or call +1 518 879 7478. We will respond consistent with applicable law, and for verification purposes you may be asked to confirm the email address you applied with. Submitting the form also tells us you have read this notice.
Background checks and Amazon onboarding
If your application progresses past initial review, Bima may use separate, lawful processes for identity verification, background screening and onboarding. Those steps include the required written disclosures and authorizations, are not part of this website, and their wording is subject to a qualified employment-law review. Where Bima performs delivery work for Amazon, Amazon's own onboarding, identity verification and facility-access processes (and any notices Amazon or authorized providers give you) are separate from this application; Bima's website does not perform vehicle monitoring, camera observation or biometric identification, and we do not claim or administer collection of that kind of information through this form.
Security practices and limitations
Applications travel only over HTTPS, stored records are encrypted, application details are not logged by this website, and only authorized hiring accounts reach the hiring mailbox. No security approach is perfect: please never email license photographs or government identification to this address; if any required document step is ever needed, we will provide a separate, secure process. Report a suspected privacy incident immediately to Hiring@bimalogisticsco.com.
This is a draft technical notice describing Bima Logistics LLC's recruitment website as implemented, retained for employer and legal review. It is not final policy until Bima Logistics LLC approves it.
